Lisa Cregan

Lisa A. (Manzi) Cregan is a prominent leader in the financial services industry, graduating from Georgetown University with a bachelor's in government and French (COL'81) and an MBA (MBA'83), and notably becoming the first woman regional director in UBS's 150-plus-year history before advancing to senior roles at Morgan Stanley.[1][2] She chose a career in finance over pursuing an Olympics berth as an equestrian and has dedicated efforts to organizational change and women's leadership.[1] Additionally, she founded the CLIMB PAUSE LIFT Foundation to connect elite female athletes with career opportunities in wealth management.[2]
