Lindsey Stirling is an American violinist, songwriter, dancer, and composer known for her choreographed violin performances blending classical music with electronic dance, hip-hop, dubstep, pop, and rock.[1][2][4] Born on September 21, 1986, in Santa Ana, California, and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, she gained fame through her YouTube channel started in 2007, reaching quarterfinals on America's Got Talent in 2010 and achieving billions of views.[1][3][4] Her debut album has sold over 250,000 copies, and she has topped Billboard charts with sold-out worldwide tours.[2][3]
