Linda L. Fowler

Linda L. Fowler is Professor of Government and Frank J. Reagan Chair in Policy Studies, Emerita, at Dartmouth College, where she continues to teach and conduct research. Her scholarship focuses on American politics, especially congressional elections, legislative politics, interest groups, and U.S. foreign policy oversight; she is the author of books including Political Ambition and Watchdogs on the Hill.
