Linda A. Hill

Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and chair of the Leadership Initiative. She is known for her work on leadership and innovation and is the co-author of books including *Being the Boss* and *Collective Genius*.
