Lily Y. Young

Lily Y. Young is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences at Rutgers University, where she has worked for more than three decades as an environmental microbiologist. Her research focuses on anaerobic microbial metabolism of environmental contaminants, microbial ecology, and the biodegradation of hydrocarbons and other pollutants.
