Liane Moriarty

Liane Moriarty is an Australian author born in Sydney in November 1966, who began her career in advertising and marketing before publishing her debut novel Three Wishes in 2003 as part of a master's degree in creative writing at Macquarie University.[1][3][4] She has written ten novels that have sold over 20 million copies worldwide, with major successes like The Husband's Secret and Big Little Lies, the latter making her the first Australian author to debut at #1 on the New York Times Best Seller list; three of her books have been adapted into television series.[1][2][7] Her works often explore themes of family, relationships, secrets, and suburban life among middle-class women.[2][4]
