Liana Werner-Gray is a certified nutritionist, natural food chef, and four-time best-selling author born and raised in Outback Australia, now residing in New York since 2010. At age 21, she was diagnosed with a precancerous throat tumor, which she healed in three months through juicing and whole-food recipes, inspiring her first book, The Earth Diet, followed by Cancer-Free with Food, 10-Minute Recipes, and Anxiety-Free with Food.
