Liam C. Kelley

Liam C. Kelley is an Associate Professor of Southeast Asian Studies and History specializing in premodern Vietnamese history and the Sino-Vietnamese relationship. He earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College (1989) and his M.A. (1996) and Ph.D. (2001) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he has conducted extensive research on Vietnamese classical Chinese writings, diplomatic poetry, and early modern Vietnamese taxation and military systems.
