Li Zhang

Li Zhang is a Chinese anthropologist and professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of California, Davis. She specializes in the social, cultural, spatial, and psychological impacts of China's market reforms and postsocialist transformations, authoring award-winning books including Strangers in the City (2001), In Search of Paradise (2010), and Anxious China (2021).[1][2]
