Leslie Valdes

Leslie Valdes is a Cuban-born writer, actor, producer, and musician known for his work on children's TV shows including Dora the Explorer, Go, Diego, Go!, The Backyardigans, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Rosie's Rules. He emigrated from Cuba to Spain at age 3, then to Boston at age 5, where he studied classical guitar at the New England Conservatory of Music and played in various punk, New Wave, metal, and grunge bands. Currently residing in New York City, he is also the creator of the music project Boy God.
