Leslie Land
Leslie Land was an American food and gardening writer known for her early interest in local, seasonal eating and for her long-running work on gardening and home life. She wrote for The New York Times and Yankee magazine and is best known for *The 3,000 Mile Garden*, which grew out of her exchanges with British horticulturist Roger Phillips and later became a public television series.
