Les Standiford
Les Standiford is a native Ohioan, graduate of Muskingum College, and holds an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Utah. He is the bestselling author of over 20 books, including novels like the John Deal mystery series and acclaimed non-fiction works such as Last Train to Paradise, Meet You in Hell, The Man Who Invented Christmas, and Bringing Adam Home. He serves as Founding Director of the Creative Writing Program at Florida International University in Miami, where he is a Professor of English, and lives there with his wife and two children.[1][2]
