Leonard H. Lesko
Leonard H. Lesko (born 1938) is an American Egyptologist who served as chairman of Brown University’s Department of Egyptology and held the Charles Edwin Wilbour Professorship. His scholarly work focuses on Egyptian languages and texts, including Old, Middle, and Late Egyptian, Demotic, Coptic, the Coffin Texts, the Book of the Dead, and Deir el-Medina.
