Leon Trotsky

Leon Trotsky was a Russian revolutionary, Marxist theorist, and Soviet politician who played a key role in the October Revolution and the founding of the Red Army. He later became a harsh critic of Stalin's regime, was exiled, and continued writing influential works on politics and history until his assassination in Mexico. His major works include 'History of the Russian Revolution' and 'The Revolution Betrayed'.
