Lee A. Fleisher MD

Lee A. Fleisher, MD, is an American anesthesiologist and healthcare policy expert who served as Chief Medical Officer and Director of the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from 2020 to 2023. He is an Emeritus Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, and currently works as a national healthcare leader and advisor through his consulting firm Rubrum Advising and Rubrum Solutions.
