LeAdelle Phelps

LeAdelle Phelps was a prominent school psychologist and professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo who specialized in psychoeducational assessment and child development. She earned her PhD in school psychology from the University of Utah in 1977 and was widely published with over 60 journal articles, multiple books, and the Kindergarten Readiness Scale. She passed away in 2019 after a long battle with multiple sclerosis and melanoma.
