Lawrence Mishel

Lawrence Mishel is an American economist and author who served as president of the Economic Policy Institute from 2002 to 2017 and later remained there as a distinguished fellow/senior economist. His research has focused on labor markets, industrial relations, productivity, income distribution, and education, and he previously taught at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
