Laurie Weeks
Laurie Weeks is a New York-based writer, performer, artist, and teacher born in Moscow, Idaho. Her critically acclaimed debut novel, Zipper Mouth, was published by The Feminist Press in 2011, featuring a wry, experimental, epistolary style set in the East Village. She is also known as a performance artist who reportedly collaborated on the screenplay for Boys Don't Cry, though uncredited.
