Laurie-Ann Weis

Laurie-Ann Weis is a widow who lost her husband Steve to cancer in 1999 at the age of 47 and has since dedicated herself to supporting other widows in bereavement.[1][5] She began serving widows when networking opportunities were scarce, sharing her own journey to help others.[3] In 2008, nine and a half years after her first husband's death, she remarried a man named Alex.[4]
