Laura Pedersen
Laura Pedersen, born in 1965 in Buffalo, New York, became the youngest person at age 20 to hold a seat on the American Stock Exchange while earning a finance degree from NYU's Stern School of Business, an experience chronicled in her bestselling debut book Play Money. A former New York Times columnist, stand-up comic, and host of the Oxygen finance show Your Money & Your Life, she has authored 16-18 books across fiction and non-fiction, as well as four plays, and currently serves as President of the Authors Guild Foundation.
