Larry Horine

Larry Horine is a professor emeritus of physical education at Appalachian State University, holding degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder (PE'53, MA'57, EdD'66), where he also played football as a fullback from Margarita, Canal Zone.[1][2] He authored the fifth edition of the textbook 'Administration of Physical Education and Athletics.'[1] Horine was a passionate educator and athlete, recognized for his contributions to physical education.[5]
