Lancelot C. L. Brenton

Sir Lancelot Charles Lee Brenton, 2nd Baronet, was a British nobleman best known for translating the Septuagint version of the Bible into English. His translation was the second English translation of the Septuagint available and remains a significant contribution to biblical scholarship.
