L. Joseph Parker MD

L. Joseph Parker, MD, MSc, is a primary care physician with pain management training who served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force, specializing in the Strategic Air Command and U.S. Space Command. He graduated from the Mayo Clinic with honors in Neuroscience and has practiced general and emergency medicine for over twenty-five years while developing protocols for pain and addiction medicine clinics. Dr. Parker is an advocate for physicians and patients, speaking out against the political and prosecutorial targeting of doctors who treat pain and addiction, and he advocates for the incarcerated and those suffering from medical abandonment.
