Kristin Russo

Kristin Russo (born December 17, 1980) is an American speaker, podcaster, producer, consultant, and LGBTQ activist. She serves as CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Everyone Is Gay and My Kid Is Gay, organizations offering advice and education to LGBTQ youth and families, and co-authored This Is a Book for Parents of Gay Kids (2014). She holds a Master’s in Gender Studies from the CUNY Graduate Center, co-hosts the podcast Buffering: A Rewatch Adventure, and has authored A Quick & Easy Guide to Coming Out (2024) and Slayers, Every One Of Us (2025).[1][3][4][7]
