Koren Zailckas

Koren Zailckas is an American writer and memoirist best known for her bestselling debut memoir, "Smashed: Story of a Drunken Girlhood" (2005), which recounts her experiences with alcoholism and adolescence. She later published the novels "Mother, Mother" and "The Drama Teacher," and has also written for publications including The Guardian, Glamour, and Seventeen.
