Kitty Morse

Kitty Morse is an award-winning cookbook author, food and travel writer, and cooking teacher born in Casablanca, Morocco, to a French mother and British father. She has written numerous cookbooks, including works on Moroccan cuisine and North African vegetarian cooking, and has also written a memoir with recipes.
