Kinahan Cornwallis
Kinahan Cornwallis (born Albert MacKenzie Russell Kinahan) was a British-American poet, writer, editor, and lawyer who published his early poetry under his birth name and later works under the pseudonym Kinahan Cornwallis. He authored 'Yarra Yarra or Tales of a Traveller' in 1856, which received negative reviews, and 'Royalty in the New World: Or, The Prince of Wales in America' in 1860, along with legal treatises on contempt of court and international law. Admitted to the New York bar in 1862, he practiced law while continuing his editorial and writing activities until his death.
