Kenneth Nathaniel Taylor

Kenneth Nathaniel Taylor (1917-2005) was an American publisher, author, and creator of The Living Bible, a popular paraphrase of Scripture into modern English that sold over 40 million copies.[1][2] Unable to find a publisher for his work, he founded Tyndale House Publishers in 1962, which became a leading Christian publishing house, and also established the Christian Booksellers Association in 1950.[2][4] He authored numerous children's Christian books and devoted his life to making Scripture accessible worldwide.[1][4]
