Kenneth Cooper

Kenneth H. Cooper, MD, MPH (born March 4, 1931) is an American physician and fitness pioneer known as the "father of aerobics." He coined the term "aerobics," wrote the bestselling 1968 book of the same name, and helped establish the modern fitness movement through his research, books, and the Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas.
