Kennedy Ryan
Kennedy Ryan is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling American romance novelist known for her contemporary romance novels that highlight social issues, diverse characters, and emotional depth, particularly centering Black women. She made history as the first Black author to win the RITA Award in 2019 for 'Long Shot' and advocates for autism awareness as co-founder of LiFT 4 Autism, inspired by her son. A former journalist with a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she resides in Atlanta.
