Kelly Pulley is an American children’s book author and illustrator who works from his middle Tennessee home. He is best known for illustrating many books in the Beginner’s Bible series, as well as writing and illustrating picture books such as Ten Unusual Features of Lulu McDunn and The Cycling Wangdoos.
