Kelly Hannah-Moffat

Kelly Hannah-Moffat is a Canadian criminologist and professor at the University of Toronto, known for her scholarship on punishment, penal reform, and the governance of women’s imprisonment. She has also served in university leadership roles, including vice-president for people strategy, equity, and culture at the University of Toronto.
