Kelly Goto

Kelly Goto is an American entrepreneur, designer, and author specializing in user experience design and contextual research. She is a pioneer in design ethnography and founded gotomedia and gotoresearch, which focus on human-centered design and user research. Her recent work includes authoring Seattle Samurai, a tribute to her father Sam Goto's legacy capturing the Japanese American experience through comics and storytelling.
