Kekla Magoon

Kekla Magoon is an American author of novels and nonfiction books for children and teens, often exploring identity, community, empowerment, and social justice. She is best known for young adult and middle grade titles such as "The Rock and the River," "How It Went Down," and "The Season of Styx Malone," and received the 2021 Margaret A.
