Kay Hassan

Kay Hassan is a South African artist born in 1956 in Alexandra, Johannesburg, known for his large-scale constructions made from torn and reconfigured billboard posters. His work explores themes of migration, dispossession, urban life, and the legacy of apartheid through media including painting, collage, installation, video, sculpture, and photography.
