Kathryn Edin

Kathryn J. Edin is an American sociologist and professor of sociology and public affairs at Princeton University, known for her research on poverty, welfare, and low-wage work. Her books include *Making Ends Meet*, *Promises I Can Keep*, and *$2 a Day*, which use ethnographic and mixed-method research to illuminate the lives of low-income families.
