Kathleen T. Isaacs

Kathleen T. Isaacs is a children's literature expert and long-time member of the American Library Association (ALA). She has served on numerous award committees for children's and young adult literature, including chairing selection committees for the Sibert Award, Notable Children's Books, and the Newbery Award committee. She has taught children's literature at Towson University in Maryland and is the author of 'Excellent Books for Early and Eager Readers,' which provides 300 book recommendations for young readers ages 4-10.
