Katherine Routledge

Katherine Maria Routledge was an English archaeologist and anthropologist known for her pioneering fieldwork in Polynesia, especially her 1914 expedition to Easter Island. She documented Rapa Nui oral histories and archaeology and later published her findings in *The Mystery of Easter Island* (1919).
