Katharine Kerr
Katharine Kerr (born Katharine Nancy Brahtin) is an American fantasy novelist best known for her Deverry series, a Celtic-influenced high fantasy saga exploring themes of reincarnation and fate. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 3, 1944, she developed her interest in fantasy through role-playing games and began publishing novels in 1986 after contributing to gaming magazines. She now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and dedicates herself exclusively to fiction.
