Kate Elswit

Kate Elswit is an American dance scholar, professor of performance and technology, and practicing artist born in 1980. She serves as Head of Digital Research and Co-Director of the Centre for Performance, Technology, and Equity at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London[1][2]. Her research combines dance history, performance studies, cultural studies, and technology, and she received her doctorate from the University of Cambridge in 2009[1][3].
