Philip Karto, born Philippe Carteau, is a French artist, fashion designer, and founder of the luxury handbag customization atelier and brand Philip Karto. Raised in the south of France and later based in Miami, he is known for reworking vintage luxury bags into contemporary pieces that blend craft, provocation, and pop-art influence.
