Karen White
Karen White is a New York Times bestselling American author of over 36 novels, primarily in the genres of Southern women's fiction, often called 'grit lit,' and mystery series set in locations like Charleston and New Orleans. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she spent much of her childhood in various U.S. states, Venezuela, and London, where she graduated from The American School in London, and later earned a BS in Management cum laude from Tulane University. She debuted with In the Shadow of the Moon in 2000 and now lives near Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband.
