Karen Ellis
Karen A. Ellis is a theologian, author, and advocate for the global persecuted church, serving as Director of the Alonzo and Althea Edmiston Center for Christian Endurance Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in World Christianity and Ethics from the Oxford Center for Mission Studies, an M.F.A. from Yale School of Drama, and an M.A. in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary. Married to Dr. Carl F. Ellis, Jr., she focuses on theology, human rights, global religious freedom, and equipping Christians to endure under persecution.
