Karen Dudley

Karen Dudley is a South African chef, food writer, and restaurateur best known for founding The Kitchen in Woodstock, Cape Town, a restaurant specializing in vegetable-led cuisine that operated from 2009 to 2020. She has authored three cookbooks, appeared on CNN and TEDx, and been interviewed by major publications including The New York Times and The Guardian.
