K. A. Kitchen (Kenneth Anderson Kitchen) was a renowned British Egyptologist, biblical scholar, and historian specializing in the Ancient Near East, particularly Ramesside Egypt and the Third Intermediate Period. He served as Personal and Brunner Professor Emeritus of Egyptology at the University of Liverpool and authored over 250 works, including the influential 'On the Reliability of the Old Testament'.
