Justo Ulloa

Justo Salvador Ulloa Acuña was a Chilean surgeon and educator born in Lautaro on August 9, 1913, known for his significant contributions to medicine, teaching, and pedagogy in the Biobío Region. He practiced and taught in Concepción, where he passed away on October 21, 1991. Additionally, a professor named Justo Ulloa in Spanish literature at Virginia Tech authored over 30 scholarly works and edited professional journals.
