Julie Bindel
Julie Bindel is an English radical feminist writer, journalist, and campaigner who co-founded Justice for Women in 1990 to support women prosecuted for assaulting or killing violent male partners.[1][4] Much of her work focuses on male violence against women and children, including prostitution, stalking, religious fundamentalism, and human trafficking; she has authored or co-authored five books such as *Straight Expectations* (2014), *The Pimping of Prostitution* (2017), and *Feminism for Women* (2021).[1][3][7] She writes for publications like *The Guardian*, *The Spectator*, and others, and has held academic roles including visiting researcher at the University of Lincoln.[1][8]
