Julee Rosso
Julee Rosso is an American cook and food writer best known as the co-author of *The Silver Palate Cookbook* and related Silver Palate titles with Sheila Lukins. She co-founded the Silver Palate gourmet food shop in New York City in 1977, and her cookbooks have sold millions of copies.[1][2]
