Judith Michael
Judith Michael is the pseudonym of the husband-and-wife writing team Judith Barnard (1934–2026) and Michael Fain (born 1937), who co-authored numerous best-selling romance and historical fiction novels from Chicago and Aspen. Barnard, a former journalist and educator, began her bestselling career at age 50 after partnering with her aerospace engineer husband to publish potboiler novels under the Judith Michael name. The duo's works, including 'Deceptions' and 'Inheritance,' have been translated into forty languages and reached adult readers worldwide.
