Judith Jones

Judith Jones was an American editor and author, best known for publishing Julia Child's 'Mastering the Art of French Cooking' and Anne Frank's 'The Diary of a Young Girl' in the United States. She later wrote memoirs about her life in food, including 'The Memoirs: My Life in Food' and contributed significantly to culinary literature. Her work as an editor helped shape the way Americans read about and cook food.
